Ingredients:
– 2 large eggs
– 1 cup egg whites
– Salt and pepper to taste
– 1 bell pepper
– 2 large handfuls of spinach
– A large handful of baby carrots
– ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
How to make Veggie Egg Bites:
